Kirsten is from Hengelo, Netherlands and has finished High School there. She is enjoying Renton High and in addition to required subjects is taking Spanish and working as a Teacher's Assistant.
She enjoys Ice Skating, Snowboarding, and Soccer. She played on the girl's soccer team at Renton this past Fall and is considering basketball. This and with these extra curricular activities new friendships are growing.
Nancy was able to meet her parents in Dortmund, Germany in Ocober, 2002.
