IVAN BOSELA
Ivan, our second exchange son, arrived in Seattle Aug. '95. His family lives in Presov, Slovak Republic, in the eastern part of what used to be Cechslovakia near the Ukraine. He tried out American Football as a member of Renton High Jr. Varsity Team in the Fall. In the Winter he joined the Swim Team for a while, but has discovered the Chess Club and recently competed well in the State Chess Tournament held at Renton High School.
Ivan (pronounced EE-VAN) is an excellent student carrying a heavy study load in Calculus, Languages (French and Bristish Literature) and American Government.
He also is able to relax a little taking classes in P.E. and Piano (independent study). He will graduate high school here and go on to university study in Slovakia in Economics.

Ivan continues with his studies in Economics at the University in Bratislava, Slovakia. We were able to visit with him and his family in November, 1997 in Bratislava which is quite near to Vienna.
